Call to Order & Roll Call
Vice Mayor Vera called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:12 in the Mike Balkman Chambers at City Hall via Virtual Webex.

MOVED BY COUNCIL MEMBER FISCH AND SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER ERIKSSON THAT THE CITY COUNCIL ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION.
