A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA, INITIATING PROCEEDINGS
FOR THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF ANNUAL
ASSESSMENTS FOR THE SEWER USER’S SERVICE
CHARGES AND ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF AN
ASSESSMENT ENGINEER'S REPORT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Culver City Municipal Code (“CCMC”) §5.02.035.A, t he City Council previously established a system of sewer user's service charges provid ing that each parcel of property shall pay its proportionat e share of the costs for operation, maintenance, repair and improvements of the City sewerage system (the “Sewer User’s Service Charges”); and
WHEREAS, these proceedings for the annual levy and collection of assessments for the Sewer User’s Service Char ges shall relate to the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the preparation of an Assessment Engineer’s Report (the “Engineer’s Report”) is required in accordance with provisions of CCMC §5.02.035.B.
NOW, THEREFOR E, the City Council of the City of Culver City, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
The City Council hereby orders the preparation of the Engineer’s Report in accordance with the requirements of CCMC §5.02.035.B, to be filed with the City Clerk for / / /

32 submission to the City Council. The Engineer’s Report shall be prepared and approved by the City Engineer prior to filing with the City Clerk.
