Dear Mr. Silva,
Obviously, someone within the City Gov't wants to further punish businesses with limited parking at business sites. Limited auto parking, in favor of bicycle parking, discriminates against many, many residents who have limited physical ability to either bike or walk to businesses.
Combined with a proposed increase in business tax, small business owners are squeezed out of Culver City in favor of large developments. This can be seen as a money grab by the City for increased revenue as proposed last evening by Harden Fisch. We need to pay for homeless housing somehow, at the expense of all citizens.
Restrictive parking is a very, very bad idea.
