A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF
CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA, INITIATING PROCEEDINGS
FOR THE LEVY AND COLLECTTON OF ASSESSMENTS FOR
THE BENEFIT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT IAIEST WASHINGTON
BOULEVARD NO, 2 AND ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF
AN ASSESSMENT ENGINEER'S REPORT
WHEREAS, the City Council previously completed its proceedings pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 15.01 of the Culver City Municipal Code ('CCMC"i for the formation of a benefit assessment district known and designated as the "City of Culver City Benefit Assessment District West Washington Boulevard No. 2" (hereinafter referred to as the "District"); and
WHEREAS, these proceedings for the annual levy of assessments shall relate to the fiscal year commencing July 1 ,2023 and ending June 30, 2024; and \AftIEREAS, the consulting firm of NBS is assisting the City with the annual levy of assessments and preparation of an Assessment Engineer's Report (the "Enginee/s Report"), to be filed with the City Clerk in accordance with CCMC $ection 15.01.055 and
15.01.070.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Culver City, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council hereby orders the preparation of the Engineer's Report in accordance with the requirements of CCMC Sections 15.01.055 and 15.01.070, to be filed with the City Clerk for submission to the City Council. The Engineer's Report shall be prepared by NB$ and approved by the City Engineer prior to filing with the City Clerk. -1-

28 2. There are no other items being added to the list of services or improvements previously approved at the formation of the District or during subsequent fiscal years, nor are there any changes to existing services or improvements' APPROVED AND ADOPTED this dAY Of 2023.
