A RESOLUTION OF THE CIry COUNCIL OF THE CIry OF
CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA, INITIATING PROCEEDINGS
FOR THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS
FOR THE BENEFIT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT !&IEST
WASHINGTON BOULEVARD NO. 3 AND ORDERING THE
PREPARATION OF AN ASSESSMENT ENGINEER'S
REPORT
\ II-IEREAS, the City Council previously completed its proceedings pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 15.01 of the Culver City Municipal Code ("CCMC') for the formation of a benefit assessment district known and designated as the .City of Culver City Benefit Assessment District West Washington Boulevard No. 3" (hereinafter referred to as the "Districf'); and
W{EREAS, these proceedings for the annual levy of assessments shall relate to the fiscalyear commencing July 1 ,2A23 and ending June 3A,2A24; and 1,4/!-IEREA$, the consulting firm of NBS is assisting the Citywith the annual levy of assessments and preparation of an Assessment Engineer's Report (the "Engineefs Report"), to be filed with the City Clerk in accordance with CCMC Sections 15.01.055 and
15.01 .070.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Culver City, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council hereby orders the preparation of the Engineer's Report in accordance with the requirements of CCMC Sections 15.01.055 and 15.01.070, to be filed with the City Clerk for submission to the City Council. The Engineer's Report shall be prepared by NBS and approved by the City Engineer prior to filing with the City Clerk. -1-

2. There are no changes to existing services or improvements nor are there any items being added to the list of services or improvements previouSly approved at the formation of the District.
