On July 26, 2023, the Landlord Tenant Mediation Boa rd (LTMB) at its regular quarterly meeting approved the transmittal of the f ollowing information to the City Council
2022 List of Accomplishments
Completion of LTMB Decision Tree
Formation of Subcommittee to brainstorm expansion of the LTMB role to other landlord/tenant issues aside from dis putes over rent increases.
2023 Proposed Scheduled Activities Plan:
Subcommittee plans to meet regularly in the next s ix (6) months or so to discuss ideas on role expansion.
Increased mediation training – Mock Mediations
Conduct mock mediations as a training tool for LM TB members.
