30 RESOLUTION NO. 2024-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA , ADOPTING THE
CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY PLAN FOR CITY
EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024
WHEREAS, California's minimum wage increased to $1 6.00 per hour effective January 1, 202 4, and Culver City’s salary schedule has been updated to reflect this change.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Culver City, DOES RESOLVE as follows
1. The Classification and Salary Plan, attached hereto as “Exhibit A” and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby adopted effective January 1, 2024.
2. The Classification and Salary Plan attached hereto as “Exhibit A” shall supersede and replace all previously adopted salary plans for City employees. .
3. The City Manager and Chief Financial Officer are hereby authorized to adjust and pay salaries of the City employees in accordance with the Classification and Salary Plan adopted and approved by this Resolution, effective January 1, 2024.
