Mayor McMorrin called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 6:01 p.m. in the Mike Balkman Chambers at City Hall and via Webex.

Anya Baroff discussed World Cancer Day on February 4, 2024 and provided opinions on how victims should be treated.
MOVED BY COUNCIL MEMBER VERA, SECONDED BY VICE MAYOR AND UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED THAT O’BRIEN THAT THE CITY COUNCIL ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION.
