Introduction
List of Accomplishments
• Created and appointed a subcommittee to explore expanding the Landlord Tenant Mediation Board’s (LTMB) scope to provide community wide additional mediation services.
• Subcommittee met to discuss expansion of LTMB on two (2) additional dates outside of the four (4) regular LTMB meetings on September 14, 2023, and October 11, 2023.
• Subcommittee developed a plan to submit to Board for Approval. Board passed 4 items during October 25, 2023, meeting. Additional items for further discussion.
• Elected LTMB Liaison to City Council.
Scheduled Activities Plan:
• Due to market dynamics, the LTMB proposes to expand our offering of mediation services for a broader level of community benefits.

• Define the role of the newly elected LTMB Liaison to City Council.
• Mock Trial Mediation to review the mediation process.
