RESOLUTION NO. 2024-R-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA, INITIATING PROCEEDINGS
FOR THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF ANNUAL
ASSESSMENTS FOR THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT NO. 1 AND ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF
AN ASSESSMENT ENGINEER'S REPORT.
V1I|-IEREAS, the City Council previously completed its proceedings pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 15.01 of the Culver City Municipal Code ("CCMC") for the formation of a benefit assessment district known and designated as the "Landscaping Maintenance Assessment District No. 1" (the "District"); and VIIIIEREAS, these proceedings for the annual levy and collection of assessments shall relate to the fiscal year commencing July 1 ,2024 and ending June 30, 2A25; and
WHEREAS, the preparation of an Assessment Engineer's Report (the "Engineer's Report") is required in accordance with provisions of CCMC SS15.01.055 and
15.01.070.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Culver City, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council hereby orders the preparation of the Engineer's Report in accordance with the requirements of CCMC SS15.01.055 and 15.01.070, to be filed with the City Clerk for submission to the Gity Council. The Engineer's Report shall be prepared and approved by the City Engineer prior to filing with the City Clerk.
2. There are no changes to existing improvements or services, nor are there any items being added to the existing list of improvements or services for the District- -1-
