AND ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF AN ASSESSMENT
ENGINEER'S REPORT.
\^JI.,|EREAS,theCityCouncilpreviouslycompleteditsproceedingspursuant to the provisions of chapter 1s.01 of the culver city Municipal code ("ccMc") for the formation of a benefit assessment distriet known and designated as the "Higuera $treet Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District" (the "District"); and \R/l-.lEREAS, these proceedings for the annual levy and collection of assessments shall relate to the fiscal year commencing July 1 , 2024 and ending June 30, 2A25; and
\ II-IEREAS, the preparation of an Assessment Engineer's Report (the ,,Engineer's Report") is required in accordance with provisions of CCMC SS15.01.055 and I ts.ot.ozo.

I ftOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Culver City, DOES lnrneeY RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council hereby orders the preparation of the Engineer's Report in accordance with the requirements of CCMC SS15.01.055 and 15.01.070, to be filed with the City Clerk for submission to the City Couneil. The Engineer's Report shall be prepared and approved by the City Engineer prior to filing with the City Clerk. -1-
