RESOLUTION NO. 2024-R______
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA, DISSOLVING THE FIESTA LA
BALLONA COMMITTEE AND RESCINDING RES OLUTION
NO. 2012-R104.
WHEREAS, on December 10, 20 12, the Fiesta La Ballona Committee was established via Resolution No. 2012-R104; and
WHEREAS, after 11 years, at its November 13, 2023 meeting, the City Council adopted a motion to dissolve the Fiesta la Ballona Committee; and WHEREAS, Section 1105 of the City Charter provides the City Council with the authority to establish and dissolve committees in its discretion.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Culver City, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. The Fiesta La Ballona Committee is hereby dissolved.
2. Resolution No. 2012-R104 is hereby rescinded.
