RESOLUTION NO. 2024-R______
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA, DISSOLVING THE GENERAL
PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND RES CINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2019-R086.
WHEREAS, the General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) was established on March 8, 2018 and its Bylaws were approved through Resolution No. 2019 -R086 on November 18, 2019; and
WHEREAS, t he GPAC’s purpose was to advise the City Council through the development of the framework and policies of the General Plan Update; and WHEREAS, w ith the work of the GPAC concluded and the General Plan Update scheduled to be considered for adoption in late 2024, the GPAC should be dissolved; and
WHEREAS, Section 1105 of the City Charter provides the City Council with the authority to establish and dissolve committees in its discretion.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Culver City, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. The General Plan Advisory Committee is hereby dissolved. / / /

2. Resolution No. 2019-R086 is hereby rescinded.
