31 RESOLUTION NO. 2024-HA____
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE CULVER CITY HOUSING
AUTHORITY, ADOPTING, AND INCORPORATING BY REFERENCE
THE CULVER CITY INVESTMENT POLICY, WHICH SHALL SERVE
AS THE HOUSING AUTHORITY INVESTMENT POLICY.
WHEREAS, the Culver City Chief Financial Officer/City Treasurer has prepared an updated Investment Policy for the City of Culver City; and WHEREAS, the Board of the Culver City Housing Authority (“Housing Authority”) desires to adopt and incorporate by reference the current City of Culver City Investment Policy as the Housing Authority’s Investment Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of the Housing Authority , DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. The Board of the Housing Authority hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the current City of Culver City Investment Policy, which shall serve as the Housing Authority Investment Policy.
2. Any and all other prior resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby rescinded.
