31 RESOLUTION NO. 2024-SA____
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO
THE CULVER CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY , ADOPTING AND
INCORPORATING BY REFERENCE THE CULVER CITY
INVESTMENT POLICY, WHICH SHALL SERVE AS THE SUCCESSOR
AGENCY INVESTMENT POLICY.
WHEREAS, the Culver City Chief Financial Officer/City Treasurer has prepared an updated Investment Policy for the City of Culver City; and WHEREAS, the Board of the Successor Agency to the Culver City Redevelopment Agency (“Successor Agency”) desires to adopt and incorporate by reference the current City of Culver City Investment Policy as the Successor Agency’s Investment Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of the Successor Agency to the Culver City Redevelopment Agency, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. The Board of the Successor Agency hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the current City of Culver City Invest ment Policy , which sh all serve as the Successor Agency Investment Policy.
2. Any and all other prior resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby rescinded.
