On July 31, 2024, the Landlord Tenant Mediation Board (LTMB) at its regular quarterly meeting approved the transmittal of the following information to the City Council
List of Accomplishments
• Conducting of Mock Mediations - Which included Role Play/Acting out sessions and the review of past Settlement Agreements with redacted information.
• The completion and finalization of the Expansion of Board roles and duties for Council consideration.
• The distribution of outreach mailers drafted by Tripepi Smith to all Culver City tenants and owners regarding LTMB updates and requirements.
• 1 Mediation conducted in June 2024 with a settlement agreement that was reached.
Scheduled Activities Plan:

• Mediation Training to be scheduled and conducted for two (2) new LTMB members.
• Looking into ongoing training and refresher courses for current LTMB members.
• Possible additional Outreach regarding LTMB addendum requirements.
• Presentation to City Council in an upcoming Agenda of expansion of roles.
