RESOLUTION NO. 2025-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA, UPDATING AND AMENDING
VARIOUS FEES AND CHARGES TO BE CHARGED BY
CITY DEPART MENTS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2025-R040.
WHEREAS, the City desires to consolidate all fees and charges into one resolution, wherever possible; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the State Constitution, the City Charter, the Culver City Municipal Code and other applicable federal, state and local laws, the City is able to charge fees for services which do not exceed the City’s costs for providing those services; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Government Code section 66016, for at least ten days prior to the noticed public hearing, the City has had on file in the applicable department the report calculating the costs of services and justifying the various fee amounts set forth in this resolution; and
WHEREAS, on June 23 , 20 25, the City Council of the City of Culver City conducted a duly noticed public hearing regarding establishment of fees and charges by the different departments and divisions of the City; and WHEREAS, after giving the public an opportunity to be heard and considering all information before it, the City Council approved the adoption of the fees and charges contained, described, and set forth in the Comprehensive Fee Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Culver City, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, as follows:

SECTION 1. The City Council her eby amends the Comprehensive Fee Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. Only the fees and charges which differ from those adopted in Resolution Number 2025-R040 are updated by this amendment, and this Resolution is not intended to re -adopt any pre-existing fee or charge.
SECTION 2. All fees and charges set forth in Exhibit A shall be effective on July 1, 2025.
SECTION 3. If any portion of this Resolution or Exhibit A attached hereto is held invalid, the remainder of this Resolution and Exhibit A attached hereto shall not be affected.
SECTION 4. Resolution number 2025-R040 is hereby rescinded only insofar as it conflicts with this Resolution.
