Mayor O'Brien called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 8:10 a.m. in Mike Balkman Council Chambers at CUlver City Hall.

MOVED BY COUNCIL MEMBER VERA AND SECONDED BY MAYOR O'BRIEN THAT THE CITY COUNCIL ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION.
