RESOLUTION NO. 2026-R_____
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE
DIRECTOR TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS LOS
ANGELES COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 5, AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION 2025-R015.
The City Council of the City of Culver City DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. Freddy Puza, Mayor of this City, is the ex officio Director from Culver City to the Board of Directors of Sanitation District Number 5; and,
2. ________________, a M ember of this Council, is hereby appointed as Alternate Director of the Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No. 5, and pursuant to such appointment, in the absence of the Mayor, is hereby authorized to attend all meetings as the representative of the City of Culver City in connection with all transactions coming before said Board.
3. Resolution No. 2025-R015 is hereby rescinded.
