RESOLUTION NO. 2026-R ___________
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMENDED
FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 73978-A, CONSISTING OF THE
ADDITION OF SEVEN AIRSPACE LOTS AT 8824
NATIONAL BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, on September 29, 2020, the City Council approved Final Tract Map No. 73978 for the property at 8824 National Boulevard which consisted of 3 ground lots and 9 airspace lots; and
WHEREAS, the property owner plans to add seven airspace lots while maintaining the 3 ground space lots at 8824 National Boulevard; and WHEREAS, the property owner has prepared a proposed amendment to Final Tract Map No. 73978 which would accomplish these changes; and WHEREAS, the Los Angeles County Land Development Division has reviewed the proposed amendment to the Final Map for Tract No. 73978 and approved the amended map (“Final Tract Map 73978-A”) for mathematical accuracy, survey analysis, title information, and for compliance with the Subdivision Map Act; and WHEREAS, The City’s Public Works Director and Planning Manager have certified that Final Tract Map 73978-A substantially conforms to the tentative map, is technically accurate and is in compliance with all provisions of the City’s Subdivision Ordinances applicable at the time of approval of the tentative map.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Culver City, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. Amended Final Tract Map 73978-A is hereby approved.

2. The City Clerk of the City of Culver City is hereby directed to sign and date Final Tract Map 73978-A certifying the City Council’s approval.
