RESOLUTION NO. 2026-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF
A GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH LOS ANGELES
COUNTY FOR A FIVE -YEAR PERIOD JULY 1, 2026,
THROUGH JUNE 30, 2031.
WHEREAS, the City of Culver City (“City”) and the County of Los Angeles are parties to a General Services Agreement which is due to expire on June 30, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to renew the General Services Agreement which provides for miscellaneous general services including, but not limited to, prosecution of city ordinances, direct assessment collection and a variety of public works activities.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Culver City, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
The City Council hereby authorizes the renewal of the General Services Agreement with the County of Los Angeles for the period of f ive (5) years commencing July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031, and authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
