RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE START TIME
FOR THE REMAINING REGULAR MEETING DATES OF THE
CITY COUNCIL FOR CALENDAR YEAR 20 26, AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2025-R090.

HEREAS, Charter Section 608 authorizes the City Council to determine its regular meetings at such times as it shall fix by ordinance or resolution; and WHEREAS, Culver City Municipal Code (CCMC), Section 3.01.100, states that all official, regular and adjourned meetings of the City Council shall be held in the City Hall on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, a t the City Council meeting of November 10 , 202 5, Resolution No. 2025-R090 was adopted setting the regular meetings for calendar year 2026; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the regular meeting dates for calendar year 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Culver City, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. Consistent with Charter Section 608 and CCMC Section 3.01.100, the dates and times listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby set as the City Council’s regular meeting dates for calendar year 2026.
2. The dates and times of the regular meetings listed in Exhibit A may only be changed by the City Council’s adoption of a resolution at a regular City Council meeting.
3. Resolution No. 2025-R090 is hereby rescinded.

4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
