CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN
CITY OFFICIALSTO DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAW FUNDS
AS WELL AS MAKE ACCOUNT CHANGES TO THE
LOCALAGENCY INVESTMENT FUNDANDRESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO.2024-R068
WHEREAS,the LocalAgency Investment Fund("LAIF")isestablished inthe StateTreasuryunderGovernmentCodesection 16429.1, et seq.forthedepositofmoney ofalocalagencyforpurposesofinvestmentbytheStateTreasurer;and, SECTION2. The following City officers holding the title(s) specified herein 23 b elow or their successors in office are each hereby authorized to order the deposit or 24 withdrawalof monies inthe LocalAgency Investment Fundandmay executeand deliver any and alldocuments necessaryoradvisable in ordertoeffectuatethe purposes of this resolutionandthetransactionscontemplatedhereby:

WHEREAS,the CityCouncilherebyfinds thatthedepositandwithdrawalof moneyintheLocalAgencyInvestmentFundinaccordancewithGovernmentCodesection 16429.1, et seq.forthepurposeofinvestmentasprovidedthereinisinthebestinterestsof theCity.
SECTION1. The City Council hereby authorizesthedepositandwithdrawal of City monies inthe LocalAgency Investment FundintheStateTreasuryinaccordance withGovernment Codesection16429.1, et seq.forthepurposeofinvestmentasprovided therein.
