TRUST
Member Cities will not pay to join the Trust. Trust funding will primarily come from Measure A revenues
Will not create higher/additional taxes. Trust will utilize existing funding sources for its programs
Trust will more effectively & quickly deploy funding in amounts impactful to affordable housing projects facing housing challenges while balancing geographic equity
By pooling resources + maintaining local decision-making authority, Trust Member Cities can advance housing solutions that reflect community priorities and unlock housing opportunities on public and private land Trust will provide shared expertise for RFPs & other affordable housing services to help Member Cities work together, leverage funding, and advance projects more quickly without increasing City costs or staff demands
