At 9: 02 A.M. Chair Stern recessed the meeting to Closed Session for consideration of Item CS-1.

Chair Stern reconvened the special meeting of the Civil Service Commission at 10:18 A.M. Chair Stern reported out the following action from Closed Session: The Commission met in closed session regarding the item listed on the
agenda. The Commission voted unanimously, 3 - 0, to
approve the Request to Stay the Administrative Hearing, and vacate all scheduled hearing dates with the procedural
requirement that the parties provide the Commission with quarterly updates during the stay beginning on January 4, 2027 and the first of the quarter thereafter.
