RESOLUTION NO. 2026-R ___
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING
APPLICATIONS BY ACTORS FUND HOUSING
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TO CALIFORNIA
HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AND FINANCE COMMITTEE
FOR FUNDING OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN
AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT AT 10401 VIRGINIA
AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City and Actors Fund Housing Development Corporation (“AFHDC”) have agreed to enter into an Affordable Housing Property Disposition Agreement where the City would lease the property at 10401 Virginia (the “Property”) to AFHDC for the development of a 100% affordable mixed use project (the “Project”); and WHEREAS, AFHDC has received City entitlements to build a 100% affordable mixed-use project at 10401 Virginia Avenue; and
WHEREAS, AFHDC anticipates submitting an application to the California Housing Development and Finance Committee (“HDFC”) for Round 1 funding and other funding sources; and
WHEREAS, the City supports AFHDC’s application to the HDFC for funding for the Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as follows:
1. The City Council approves AFHDC’s funding application to HFDC for the Project.

2. The City Manager and City Attorney are authorized to execute any letters of support or other documents required to support AFHDC’s funding application to HFDC for the Project.
