As provided by the Environmental Assessment Procedure, adopted by the City Council of the City of Cupertino on March 27, 1973, as amended, the following described project was reviewed by the Environmental Review Committee of the City of Cupertino on October 28, 2021.

DISCRETIONARY ACTION REQUEST
Consider a development proposal to demolish and existing commercial building, and construct a new nine (9) unit single‐family home development with one (1) home containing an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). A Mitigated Negative Declaration is proposed.
FINDINGS OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Environmental Review Committee finds that the preparation of a Mitigated Negative Declaration is appropriate for the project.
