A RESOLUTION OF THE CUPERTINO CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A MASTER FUNDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION. ________________________________________________________________________ WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) is requiring grant recipients to enter into a Master Funding Agreement to receive competitive or non-competitive grant funding from MTC; and WHEREAS, the Master Funding Agreement will be effective from fiscal year 2021/22 through fiscal year 2031/22; and WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City Council that the City enter into a Master Funding Agreement with MTC from fiscal year 2021/22 through fiscal year 2031/32.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby:
Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Master Funding Agreement between the City and MTC from fiscal year 2021/22 through fiscal year 2031/32.
