Expansion of the fine arts displayed in the Library could extend to more programs in the performing arts sponsored by the Library as well as educational experiences such as discussions on films by leading experts. Thank you.

I think that Cupertino has, thus far, missed opportunities at the intersection of tech and art. It would be wonderful if there were more visual and performing arts events and activities in Cupertino. The Fine Arts Commission does a great job with the poet laureate program, but the other areas feel neglected. There is a huge opportunity missed in collaboration with local organizations like the Historical Society.

Interactive art installations in public spaces and parks would be really great, especially something that both kids and adults can interact with.

Would be wonderful if new developments like The Rise could provide space for the public to experience large-scale
theater/music/dance/lectures/performances which would at least partially compensate for the loss of Flint Center for that purpose.

I would like to encourage photography and sculpture contests. I would really enjoy to see how these young minds can make different forms of art. Being a writer myself, I would highly encourage literary arts and writing classes.

New library programming rooms and reception areas, sides of buildings (murals)--San José seems to be leading the way with mural creation (San José Walls https://sjwalls.com/about-pwsj), pop-up interactive spaces in public parks and at community festivals.
