SPECIAL MEETING
At 5:00 p.m., Mayor Darcy Paul called the Special City Council Meeting to order in the Cupertino Community Hall Council Chamber, 10350 Torre Avenue.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Darcy Paul, Vice Mayor Liang Chao, and Councilmembers Kitty Moore, Hung Wei, and Jon Robert Willey. Absent: None.
In open session before Council convened in closed session, the Mayor called for any members of the publi c who were present to provide comment regarding any item on the agenda. No members of the public requested to speak. Mayor Paul then closed the session.

In open session, Mayor Paul reported that Council met and made the decision to appoint Dianne Thompson as Acting City Manager between , and inclusive of , the dates July 23, 2022 and August 28, 2022.
