Revised Bid Opening: December 6, 2022 - 2:00 P.M.

The following revision is hereby made to the above referenced project.
1. The bid opening date and time for the Wilson Park Basketball Court Project has been changed to December 6, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. All mentions of the original bid opening date and time in the bid documents shall hereinto be construed to refer to this new bid opening date and time.

he following question has been received by the City. The City response is below the question.
1. Will the City cover the costs accrued by the geotechnical company on record for all the material testing?
a. Per General Condition 7.8 (C) of the Project Manual, the City will bear the initial cost of inspection and testing to be performed by independent testing consultants retained by City.
2. Can Plexipave or DecoTurf be used as an approved equal to Novacrylic for court surfacing material as listed in Section 32 18 23.43 of the Project Manual? a. Yes.
