Recommended Action
Approve amendment to the 2023 Council Committee Assignments to designate Councilmember Moore as the primary and Councilmember Chao as the alternate to the Historical Society Advisory Council.
Description
The City Council serves on local and regional organizations as Councilmembers. The Mayor appoints Councilmembers to the standing committees annually. On December 20, 2022, Council approved the appointments of the 2023 Councilmember Committee Assignments. An amendment is necessary to designate Council representatives to the Historical Society Advisory Council. The Amended 2023 Council Committee Assignments (Attachment A) designates Councilmember Moore as the primary and Councilmember Chao as the alternate to the Advisory Council. Staff recommends approving the amendment to the 2023 Council Committee Assignments.
