• Amendment is intended to streamline compliance.

Conduct the first reading of Ordinance No. 23-
____: “An Ordinance of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino amending Chapter 9.18 of the
Cupertino Municipal Code regarding Stormwater
Pollution Prevention and Watershed Protection.”
