Event 1. 07/04/2023 – INDEPENDENCE DAY FLAG RAISING CEREMONY & FIREWORKS PRESENTATION – Together with the rest of council, I participated in our annual Independence Day Flag Raising Ceremony in Memorial Park. After the ceremony, councilmembers and the assembled community paraded to the Memorial Park amphitheater for the continuation of the day’s festivities. After visiting other residents hosting events of their own, I joined the community assembled along Miller Avenue for the fireworks presentation hosted at Hyde Middle School.
