Event Date, Title, and Description:
Event 1. September 5, 2023 – Meeting with CUSD Trustee Sylvia Leong – I met with CUSD Board of Trustees President Sylvia Leong to discuss areas of potential mutual support between the school district and the city.
Event 2. September 8, 2023 – Silicon Valley Fall Fest – Together with Mayor Wei, Vice-Mayor Mohan, the offices of Rep. Ro Khanna and Sen. Dave Cortese, along with representatives of our local school districts, I joined the Rotary Club of Cupertino to kick off this year’s Silicon Valley Fall Fest. The event was widely attended. The city hosted a Housing Element community input event alongside the festival to capitalize on the local foot traffic.
