Dear Manager Wu,
I am writing to share that, in connection with The Rise project, Vallco Property Owner LLC intends to be submit a modification request application to the City for review this coming Monday, December 4. As with the 2022 modification that was approved by the City last year, this modification request remains subject to SB 35.
As will be further elaborated on in the application materials, the modified project will continue to incorporate the key hallmark features of the approved project and will deliver on the City’s General Plan vision for redeveloping the site into a vibrant, sustainable, walkable and safe neighborhood.
We look forward to continue working with the City on advancing this important project.
