Recommended Action
Cancel the December 19, 2023 City Council meeting.
Discussion
The next City Council meeting is scheduled for December 19, 2023. There are currently no urgent items of business to be transacted or discussed which would require this meeting to be held. Council has previously cancelled the second meeting in December due to its proximity to the holiday closure of City Hall between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.
Staff recommends that the City Council cancel the December 19, 2023 City Council Meeting. If Council wishes to authorize the cancellation, staff will provide a meeting notification to the public in advance. Any pending agenda items will be presented for Council consideration and approval at the next regular meeting in January.
