SPECIAL MEETING
At 4:01 p.m., Mayor Sheila Mohan called the Special City Council Meeting to order in Cupertino City Hall Conference Room C, 10300 Torre Avenue.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sheila Mohan, Vice Mayor J.R. Fruen, and Councilmembers Liang Chao, Kitty Moore, and Hung Wei. Absent: none.
In open session prior to closed session, Mayor Mohan opened the public comment period regarding any item on the agenda. The following members of the public requested to speak:
Rhoda Fry discussed Item 2. (Submitted written comments).
Dave McLeroy discussed Item 2.
Mayor Mohan closed the public comment period.
CLOSED SESSION
1. Subject: Workers compensation claim pursuant to Government Code § 54956.95(b) (Ricardo Acevedo v. City of Cupertino, WCAB No. ADJ17329936)
Council conducted the closed session regarding the w orkers compensation claim (Ricardo Acevedo v. City of Cupertino, WCAB No. ADJ17329936).
