1The beginning fund balance for Fiscal Year 2023-24 has been adjusted to exclude investment valuation adjustments, as these adjustments represent unrealized gains/losses. Excluding these adjustments ensures an accurate representation of available funds for capital projects. 2Fund Balance is calculating by taking Year-end/Beginning Fund Balance and adding revenue then subtracting expenditures to arrive the following year estimated fund balance. Fund Balance is estimated until the fiscal year closes and a final year-end fund balance is determined.
