Recommended Action
Conduct the second reading and enact Ordinance No. 25-2269: “AN ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING CITY CODE TITLE 2, CHAPTER 2.96: ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
Discussion
On March 18, 2025, the City Council conducted the first reading of Ordinance No. 18- 252269: “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Cupertino amending City Code Title 2, Chapter 2.96: Economic Development Committee.” No changes have been made to the Ordinance that was the subject of the first reading.
