Regarding Agenda item 16 hermosa
1. Why didn't this item go first to the planning comission?
2. Please require that this property have a curb and gutter as is found 2 addresses away on 21851 and make sure they line up. I don't know whether this affects the vacated area.
3. Since this property has more land, will that sliver of land be re-assessed?
4. Please consider installing curb and gutter on the rest of the street. Monta Vista has been annexed into the city for a really long time and we are paying property taxes. We should get something for them.
