The Cupertino Sanitary District (District) has reviewed the proposal for the street vacation of 5’ from the current 10’ public right of way dedication at the subject address. The proposed area for street vacation has no sanitary sewer easements. The subject property is connected to the District’s sanitary sewer system; therefore, when the proposed construction work begins, a Cupertino Sanitary District Permit will be required. As of right now, the District has no objections to the proposed 5’ street vacation.
