Comments received from the Housing Resource Fair (4/21/2025) • Rental requirements should be protective without loopholes • I think both plans are great for the tenants especially with increases here • BMR waitlist priority point system is a good solution to displaced tenants • I think Santa Clara County’s poverty level is too high and I appreciate those fighting to stop the accelerated cost of living especially for long term residents • We support the BMR anti displacement policies that are proposed • I like the idea, this would be helpful
