A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
REVISING THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AND OPERATING ENGINEERS
LOCAL #3
WHEREAS the City Council desires to revise the City of Cupertino and amend the City of Cupertino and Operating Engineers Local #3 AFL -CIO Memorandum Of Understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino and Operating Engineers Local #3 AFL- CIO Memorandum of Understanding be revised which is incorporated in this resolution by this reference and attached as Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this 3rd day of September 2025, by the following vote:
