RESOLUTION NO. 25- ________
A RESOLUTION OF THE CUPERTINO CITY COUNCIL
AMENDING THE CUPERTINO CITY COUNCIL PROCEDURES MANUAL
WHEREAS, on February 7, 2023, the Cupertino City Council adopted Resolution No. 23 -021, adopting the Cupertino City Council Procedures Manual; and
WHEREAS, on March 19, 2024, the City Council adopted
Resolution No. 24-024, amending the City Council Procedures Manual; and
WHEREAS, on March 18, 2025, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 25-021 again amending the City Council Procedures Manual, and WHEREAS, the City Council is considering further amendments to the City Council Procedures Manual.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The City Council hereby adopts the Cupertino City Council Procedures Manual, as amended, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
2. Any other procedures, policies, or rules that are inconsistent with the Council Procedures adopted herein are hereby
repealed and rescinded.
3. This Resolution shall take effect on September 17, 2025.
