RESOLUTION NO. 25-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO REVISING THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AND IFPTE LOCAL 21 CUPERTINO EMPLOYEES’ ASSOCIATION MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WHEREAS the City Council desires to revise the City of Cupertino and IFPTE Local 21 Cupertino Employees’ Association Memorandum of Understanding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino and IFPTE Local 21 Cupertino Employees’ Association Memorandum of Understanding be revised which is incorporated in this resolution by this reference and attached as Attachment B.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this 21st day of October, 2025, by the following vote:
