Living Safely with Coyotes Community Meeting. This was a well-attended event unfortunately due to aggressive coyotes reported in the area. Persistent hazing has been noted to be effective. 2 December 5, 2025. Community Tree Lighting. Joyfully attended this happy event. Hats off to the Homestead High School Choir, the Homestead Cheer Team, City Staff under the Direction of Parks and Recreation Director Rachelle Sander, Cupertino City Manager Tina Kapoor, City Council and Commissioners, many, many youth volunteers, and all of the guests, including the Fire Department escorts of the special tree lighting surprise guest.
