A RESOLUTION OF THE CUPERTINO CITY COUNCIL
APPOINTING DIRECTORS TO THE POOLED LIABILITY ASSURANCE
NETWORK JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY (PLAN JPA)
WHEREAS, PLAN JPA is a self -funded insurance pool serving public agencies; and
WHEREAS, the operations of these programs are governed by a Board of Directors consisting of one representative and one alternate from each member agency; and
WHEREAS, participation on the Board of Directors is carried out by Cupertino staff as part of their regular duties; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby designate the following positions as appointees to the PLAN JPA Board of Directors, effective February 20 ,
, 2026: Senior Assistant City Attorney, Board
Member; and Senior Management Analyst, Board Alternate.
