Subject
Review of future agenda items requested by City Councilmembers (“TBD List”).
Recommended Action
Review the TBD list and accept the staff recommendations for all items.
Reasons for Recommendation and Available Options
As required per the Council’s adopted Procedures Manual, the City Manager provides a quarterly report to Council regarding the status of future agenda items. These are items that at least two Councilmembers have requested to be added to a future City Council agenda.
Background
On December 1, Council reviewed the TBD list in conjunction with the City Work Program (CWP) and adopted all staff recommendations presented. At that meeting, six items were added to the FY 2025-2027 CWP and removed from the TBD list, while nine remained on the list. Since December, Council has added 20 items to the TBD list for consideration.
The updated TBD list is included as Attachment A with staff recommendations for all 29 items.
A majority vote of the City Council can either agendize an item for discussion at a future date or remove an item from the list, as outlined in the Council Procedures Manual.
