The Administrative Services Department plays a vital role in supporting the effective and efficient operation of the City of Cupertino through its oversight of budget development, financial management, and purchasing services; and
The Budget Division works diligently to develop and manage the City’s annual budget, ensuring responsible allocation of public resources and alignment with the City Council’s priorities and community needs; and
The Finance Division provides essential services including accounting, financial reporting, revenue management, and compliance, maintaining transparency, accountability, and fiscal integrity in all City operations; and
The Purchasing Division ensures the fair, transparent, and cost- effective procurement of goods and services, supporting City departments in delivering high-quality programs and services to residents; and
The dedicated professionals within the Administrative Services Department demonstrate exceptional expertise, integrity, and commitment to public service, safeguarding the City of
Cupertino’s financial health and promoting long-term
sustainability.
